E&E Medical Supplies offers FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders via Royal Mail 48 & Royal Mail 48 Tracked Services.
We have a variety of express services available too, subject to extra charge. You are able to display the costs before checkout.
Orders are dispatched SAME DAY when placed before 13:00pm-Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 13:00pm will be dispatched the next working day(excluding weekends and holidays).

International delivery is available on many products and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (Including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. E&E Medical Supplies Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if tracked shipping selected you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eemedicalsupplies.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
